DR. KALANI JOSE

Dr. Kalani Jose is a licensed Chiropractor in the States of California and Hawaii, and a resident of Ventura County since 1984. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, he is an alumnus of Hueneme High School and Oxnard College, where he graduated with High Honors in 1994. Dr. Kalani continued his education at the Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles and, following graduation in 1998, established a holistic practice in Oxnard, California where he incorporates a variety of traditional chiropractic styles with the latest innovative techniques.

Dr. Jose had instructed Cervical and Thoracic Case Management and Full Spine Specific (Merck), Biomechanics and currently Diversified Technique at Cleveland Chiropractic College. He also held the position of Graduate Academic Assistant in the Tutorial Department where he assisted in the Beginning and Advanced Bone Pathology Program (Radiology) and has served as an adjunct Clinician, facilitating the Clinic Entrance and Exit Examinations. In 1999, Dr. Kalani was awarded a Fellowship in Pediatrics with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and is certified in the Webster In-utero Birthing Constraint Technique.

Dr. Jose has active participation within the community as President, Oxnard College Alumni Association and First Director, Filipino American Council of Ventura County. He is also a member of the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce, Cleveland Chiropractic College Alumni Association, United Trade Bureau, International Chiropractic Association, and California Chiropractic Association. He has also held numerous key positions: Public Relations Officer, Oxnard College Alumni Association; Auditor, Filipino-American Council of Ventura County; and President and Educational Coordinator, Business Network International, Oxnard Chapter.

Dr. Jose is a strong advocate of community progress through higher education and has been an energetic community leader for many years. He volunteers countless hours to many educational organizations throughout the country.
